It is a one-on-one professional strategy engagement designed to turn technical and business experience into stronger positioning, recognition and a clear next move in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
02Who is the mentoring program for?+
Professionals with more than two years in the ServiceNow ecosystem who already have practical experience and want to expand their impact, visibility, opportunities or earning potential.
03Is this technical platform training?+
No. The program does not teach platform features or prepare you for a certification. It focuses on career strategy, evidence of value, professional narrative, direction and action planning.
04How does the process work?+
Four individual sessions are supported by nine exercises. The process delivers a written starting point, a value story, a target role with defined gaps and a 12-month plan with 90-day checkpoints.
05Can the mentoring help with international opportunities?+
Yes. Depending on the professional's experience, timing and goals, the process can cover narrative formats, positioning, exposure and international access.
06Who leads the mentoring program?+
